Requirements
Must:
- 10-15 years total experience
- Minimum 6 years onsite experience (UK preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree from any stream
- Oracle Cloud HCM Learning Implementation Specialist certification (highly desirable)
- Proven track record of 5-7 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Learning
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Learning Management Module (latest release)
- Strong understanding of cross-module alignment: Core HR, Talent Management, Performance, Career Development, HCM Security, Roles & OTBI
- Hands-on experience with Learning REST APIs, SCORM/xAPI standards, OTBI, BI Publisher Learning reports
- Strong onsite client engagement experience, including C-level discussions
- Excellent communication, requirement analysis, and solution presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete implementation lifecycle of Oracle Fusion Learning Management
- Conduct Learning discovery workshops covering Learning Catalog, Courses, Offerings, Specializations, and more
- Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Learning configurations
- Configure Learning Catalog structures: Courses, Offerings, Activities, etc.
- Set up Learning Initiatives, Required Learning, and Assignment rules
- Implement Skills Center and Career Development integration
- Configure Approval rules, Learning Access, Security Roles, and ILT setups
- Define and configure Learning Journeys and their integration with HCM Journeys
- Manage Digital Learning Integrations and develop Learning Report dashboards using OTBI
- Advise business teams on Learning best practices and conduct readiness training
- Oversee testing scenarios and support data migration validation
- Work with technical teams for Integration using Learning REST APIs
- Collaborate on compliance with enterprise architecture and UK data protection standards
- Provide hypercare support post-go-live and drive continuous optimization
