Requirements
Must:
- I am able to confidently work with, understand, and advise key stakeholders, as this is a critical capability for this role.
- I address problem-solving effectively.
- I possess a thorough understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM Recruitment and Performance Management.
- While not mandatory, knowledge of Oracle Cloud Compensation and Oracle Position Management would be beneficial.
- I have a good understanding and some experience in technical tasks, including integrations, data migration (including data loaders), and reporting.
- I am knowledgeable about fast formulas for use in Oracle Cloud Compensation.
- I have strong communication abilities and am comfortable engaging in discussions with stakeholders.
- Experience in Financial Services would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- I will support the ongoing adaptation and enhancement of the Oracle Cloud HCM system after the initial implementation phase.
- I am responsible for liaising with the technical team to ensure the systems functional requirements align with technical execution.
- I will provide continuous support and guidance to stakeholders regarding Recruitment and Performance Management processes.
Description
- This is a contract position with an initial duration of 12 months, starting on January 26, and requires a hybrid work arrangement (3 days/week in London). - The role is classified as Inside IR35, with a daily rate ranging from £700 to £825. - If this opportunity interests me, I should make contact as soon as possible to forward my CV for review.
