Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate who has a degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. You should have at least 2 years of IT support experience within an enterprise setting, showcasing strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and Dynamics CRM. Experience working with third-party IT service providers is essential. You must possess analytical problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset, along with strong communication and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide IT support by managing incidents, service requests, and change processes within SLAs. You will troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating them when necessary. You will assist first-line analysts and collaborate with third-party vendors. Maintaining key business applications like Microsoft 365, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and SQL Server will be crucial. You will monitor IT services to prevent downtime and ensure service continuity, document technical procedures and system configurations, and support IT service efficiency improvements, automation, and training initiatives. Additionally, it will be your responsibility to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Description
We value candidates who have desirable skills such as experience with Power BI and QlikView, as well as IT experience in manufacturing or pharmaceuticals. An ITIL certification and knowledge of Microsoft Server, Active Directory, and enterprise software will be advantageous. Familiarity with ERP, MES, SCM, or LIMS systems is also a plus.
