We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant who has strong Oracle Fusion HCM design expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline—although a Master's degree is advantageous. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with HR systems, particularly with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion HCM. Demonstrable experience in designing and deploying Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, alongside a solid understanding of HR processes and UK employment practices, is essential. We seek someone who has strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities, is self-motivated, and can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s) would be desirable.
Responsibilities
In this 6-month contract position, with the possibility of extension, you will lead the functional design and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, and Compensation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into system design specifications. Additionally, you will work closely with our selected system integrator, providing support as well as critical analysis of the design. Your responsibilities will also include carrying out system configuration, testing, validation, and issue resolution. You will provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Fusion HCM best practices while identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization. Furthermore, you will produce functional documentation, including design specifications, test scripts, and user training materials, while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and system security across the HCM platform.
