Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with a successful track record in delivering Oracle HCM transformation programmes. You should have strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM functionality and possess HR domain expertise. Experience leading HR change initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering workstreams is essential. A solid understanding of HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and case management is required, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with other cloud-based HCM platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors would be a plus. You should be comfortable working in both agile and waterfall delivery environments, with strong analytical thinking to simplify complex issues and produce clear project documentation. A background in systems delivery or functional consulting within HR is preferred. Practical experience with implementation deliverables such as process flows, specs, traceability matrices, and use cases is important. You should also have the ability to coach others and adapt your communication style to suit different audiences, along with strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to learning and development. Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance is essential.

In this high-profile role, you will lead complex Oracle HCM Cloud programmes, ensuring high-quality delivery across all phases. You will work closely with client stakeholders to optimise HR operations and maximise the benefits of Oracle Cloud functionality. Providing strategic advice on transforming HR operating models, self-service capability, digital agents, and core processes such as onboarding, absence, payroll, and offboarding will be part of your responsibilities. Supporting pre-sales activity, including developing bids, proposals, and engaging in contract discussions, will also fall under your purview. You will mentor and support the development of junior team members, contributing to a strong and growing practice. Additionally, you will guide technical aspects such as data migration and system integration with third-party applications. Collaborating across teams within the Powered HR ecosystem to unlock wider business opportunities will be key, as well as acting as a role model in leadership by promoting company values and driving best practices across engagements.
