Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. You should have some experience in a contract administration support role, and experience with contract implementation is preferred. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of commercial contracts and experience working within a non-manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
As a Contract Analyst in our Procurement Strategy and Operations team, you will support the contract management process, which involves maintaining contract templates and standard terms. You will be responsible for validating compliance of contract terms against established standards, maintaining the contract repository, and managing contract renewals. Your duties will include:
- Supporting the PSO by ensuring relevant contracts comply with our established standard terms and conditions.
- Maintaining the current contract repository, including validating content and ensuring key data points are tracked.
- Administering and issuing contract template documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, to vendors.
- Assisting with the review and negotiation of new contracts or contract renewals as required.
- Supporting the development of a Vendor Due Diligence Programme and implementing a Contract Management System.
- Preparing and sending contract notices and Non-Disclosure Agreements to vendors as required.
- Supporting the contract execution process between our firm and vendors.
- Performing any other job-related duties as assigned.
