We are looking for a candidate with deep technical knowledge of Yardi Voyager, covering both front-end and back-end configuration. Experience supporting global or multi-region implementations is highly desirable. A strong understanding of real estate business processes such as leasing, finance, and asset management is necessary. We value excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and possess proficiency with SQL, Yardi Reporting Tools, and integrated finance systems.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead the support and configuration of Yardi Voyager modules. I will gather and translate business requirements into effective Yardi workflows and system improvements, serving as a key liaison between our internal stakeholders, global teams, and external vendors. My responsibilities will include managing system upgrades, patch testing, and rollout coordination. I will ensure data integrity and governance across Yardi and integrated platforms, providing advanced reporting support, including custom reports and dashboards using Yardi SQL/SSRS. Additionally, I will develop and document standard operating procedures and user guides and deliver training and system support to users across multiple departments and regions. I am committed to driving continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimisation and automation.

The salary for this remote role is between £50,000 and £55,000.
