Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in lettings, sales, or customer service is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and ambition.
- Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills to engage with people from all walks of life.
- Motivated by targets and a strong desire to hit (and exceed) goals.
- Ability to handle multiple lets at different stages, maintaining smooth operations.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
- A positive and reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- I will register and qualify new tenants and landlords, understanding their needs and building long-lasting relationships.
- I will arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and confidently answering questions.
- I will negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- I will progress lets through referencing, tenancy agreements, and move-ins, while keeping all parties informed and supported.
- I will proactively generate new leads and instructions through networking, local canvassing, and referrals.
- I will stay up-to-date with the local lettings market and legislation to offer trusted advice.
- I will ensure compliance with all relevant lettings regulations and company standards.
