Requirements
Must:
- Experience: I require at least 3 years of project management experience, including 1-2 years of leading the management or delivery of software technical projects in a software house, consultancy, or digital agency.
- Agile Methodologies: You should be familiar with Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban, and have experience in implementing them effectively, along with proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
- Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of how development teams operate, particularly in managing software development processes, is essential.
- Risk Management: A proven track record in applying risk management methodologies effectively is necessary.
- Communication Skills: I am looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in a small delivery team, overseeing development teams and managing the delivery of high-quality software solutions for key accounts. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of key projects and fostering a collaborative environment.
