Requirements
Must:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Energetic self-starter able to drive initiatives with minimal direction.
- Strong knowledge of market products and environments, along with a working understanding of current regulatory change requirements, including compliance requirements and their implementation.
- Proven project management experience in complex situations (ideally within Tier 1 banks or Top 4 consulting firms) focused on Regulatory projects.
- Ability to navigate and manage large, complex, and diverse teams and projects.
- Familiarity with the front-to-back trade lifecycle for Securities and Repo activity.
- Experience in booking model change and transformation projects.
- Strong MS Excel skills, with the capability to utilize large data sets to identify, drive, and implement projects.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a product workstream to ensure business requirements are defined and implemented within regulatory deadlines.
- Tracking and reporting the status of plan execution teams across various deliverables.
- Managing project plans and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders, including Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, and Legal, to ensure that end-to-end change impacts are understood and acted upon.
- Collaborating with Sales and Senior Management to define appropriate client strategies for the delivery of regulatory changes across different asset classes.
- Driving client migrations of eligible US Treasury Cash and Repurchase transactions.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance to meet obligations related to Canadian Business Conduct Rules.
- Engaging with multiple front office Trades, Sales, and Business Managers.

Although this role is initially until the end of the year, there is a high possibility of extension. You will be required to be in the office at least 3 days per week in Belfast.
