We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Experience in security or possess a Cyber Security degree.
- Knowledge of IT Security/Information Security.
- Proficiency in CyberArk PAM and SailPoint IdentityIIQ.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux, scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Perl), SQL, APIs, and connectors (JDBC, API).
- Familiarity with relevant IAM tools, such as Active Directory and ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and remediate potential risks.
- A passion for security and a commitment to self-development to stay updated with evolving IAM trends, technologies, and best practices.

In this role, I will support several key areas:
- Design and implement Privileged Access Management solutions.
- Application provisioning for the scope of applications managed by the IAM team.
- Work directly with third-party suppliers to deliver projects.
- Support the delivery of the IAM Vision/Roadmap.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to design IAM services that meet desired controls and provide a positive customer experience.
- Continuously seek to improve the quality of analysis, service delivery, or business decision-making.
- Conduct analysis of a range of data sources to produce options and recommendations for workable solutions and drive action from key decision-makers.
Description
I am recruiting an Identity & Access Management Analyst to join our team based in Glasgow City Centre. This is a 12-month contract role with a hybrid working arrangement. Our Cyber Security team at SPEN is responsible for the development of the Identity and Access Management service, which is utilized to provision, monitor, and maintain core user identities and corresponding entitlements across our systems. This role will support current ongoing IAM projects, focusing on technical onboarding, testing, and production deployment. You will work closely with our Cyber Security Operations team, Risk & Compliance, HR, as well as specialist third-party security suppliers and the global IT and business teams. The role requires engineering experience in either SailPoint or CyberArk, preferably both, and reports directly to the project manager.
