Must:
We are looking for Senior Java Full Stack Developers with experience in collaborating with Product Owners and End Users to deliver business-specific applications throughout the entire Development Life Cycle. You should be an expert in Java and also possess strong skills in technologies such as Python, MSSQL, Postgres, JavaScript/Typescript, React/AngularJS, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP. Experience in the in-house development of specialist CRM systems is preferred, while knowledge of insurance or case management is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the development of our in-house insurance systems, focusing on usability, scalability, and maintainability. You will collaborate with business specialists, IT developers, UX specialists, and IT operations across six different countries, helping the business understand needs and requirements in a structured manner. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for improvement and keep yourself updated on new business and technology trends. You will work in a team-oriented environment, inspiring and mentoring your colleagues while demonstrating best practices in your field of expertise. Your role will influence the choice of technologies, frameworks, and architectural approaches as you navigate through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
