Requirements
Must:
I am looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role (3rd line equivalent). You should have a proven ability to implement, configure, test, and maintain network technologies. Additionally, I require demonstrated expertise in deploying and supporting enterprise network technologies, including switching, routing, firewalling, and wireless products. Excellent knowledge of supporting these enterprise network technologies is essential. Please note that this role is subject to a clear standard DBS check being received.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work on building technical solutions to help us deliver outstanding service to our customers. You will consult directly with internal and external stakeholders to plan, implement, and document technical solutions. Furthermore, you will assist in transitioning these solutions into live service.
Description
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £37,000 to £40,000 depending on experience, along with a profit-sharing scheme where the first £3,600 is tax-free. Our package includes 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with your length of service, and a birthday as additional paid leave.
