Lead Network Engineer - ISP

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure. You will lead our network engineering team, manage workloads and priorities, and ensure the delivery of carrier-grade network solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring stable and reliable network services - Day-to-day network performance monitoring - Network troubleshooting and fault analysis, including hardware troubleshooting and repair - Providing network support that encompasses operations and change management across all aspects of the network - Applying configuration changes via our change control systems and processes - Conducting network design activities, including HLD, LLD documentation, and subsequent implementation - Installing network hardware and software at various onsite locations - Supporting and maintaining the core, distribution, and access networks - Developing sustainable solutions to address complex issues - Collaborating with network architects, engineering, and security teams - Identifying and resolving network problems - Managing networking, routing, and interconnectivity
