Requirements
Must:
We require a proven ability to develop and deploy end-to-end, scalable AI solutions using Python programming. You should have a solid understanding of microservices architecture, CI/CD (particularly Github Actions), and the data pipelines that power AI-driven applications. A deep knowledge of large language models (LLMs), fine-tuning, prompting, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic frameworks is also necessary, especially with integration into the OpenAI API and models such as GPT, Gemini, LLama, and Claude. We expect you to have experience designing and implementing robust quality assurance/testing frameworks for AI performance, and the ability to collaborate with AI specialists, other AI software engineers, and product leaders to tackle complex client challenges. A strong software engineering foundation in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is essential. Familiarity with data technologies like Apache Spark or Databricks, along with a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving, will be beneficial.

You will engage in developing innovative solutions within a high-growth AI consultancy. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various teams to shape the next generation of AI applications for our clients, including well-known brands in diverse industries, from sports broadcasting to Tier 1 banking.
