Must:
I am looking for someone with proven expertise in General AI, Natural Language Processing, and Machine Learning. You should have demonstrable experience in managing the lifecycle of large language models and statistical language models, including training and fine-tuning. Strong proficiency in Python, Java, and SQL/NoSQL databases, along with API development and data integration techniques, is essential. Practical experience with deploying AI models on-premise and utilizing open-source frameworks such as Hugging Face and LangChain is also required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related field is necessary.
Responsibilities
In this role, I need you to design and develop advanced AI-driven solutions and architectures, ensuring they are scalable and effective across both cloud and on-premise platforms. You will lead the prototyping, testing, and optimization of AI models to drive continuous advancement in machine learning applications. Collaboration with project managers and cross-functional teams will be key as you identify and build use cases that leverage AI to solve complex business challenges. Additionally, you will provide expert consultation on the integration and performance improvement of AI technologies in day-to-day business processes.
Description
I offer a salary range of £60,000 - £70,000 depending on your experience. You will enjoy 25 days of annual leave along with a flexible benefits allowance of £660 per annum. There is also a discretionary performance-based bonus and a comprehensive pension scheme (up to 4% employee contribution, up to 8.5% employer contribution).
