The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor training approaches to various audience levels. A solid understanding of IT applications and the ability to work collaboratively with our TCH stakeholders is essential.

In this role, I will need you to work closely with our TCH stakeholders to design, deliver, and evaluate user training for the IT applications that we deliver and support. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing user comprehension and increasing overall efficiency with our IT services.
Description
This position is located in Tunbridge Wells and consists of 35 hours of work per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a 6-month probation period and a notice period of one month. We are excited to find someone who is eager to make an impact in our training programs!
