Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in cloud security engineering within an enterprise setting, preferably on Microsoft Azure.
- Solid background in foundational security design, including identity and access management, secure networking, container platforms (Kubernetes/AKS), and infrastructure protection.
- Hands-on knowledge of DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Veracode, Trivy, and Checkov.
- Familiarity with standards such as CIS, NIST, GDPR, and ISO, as well as frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in languages such as Python, Go, and Groovy, with a focus on clean and secure coding practices.
- Expert in Azure cloud security services (Defender for Cloud, Azure Sentinel, Key Vault, APIM).
- Strong advocate of Zero Trust models and secure development practices.
- Experience with SIEM & SOAR, ideally using tools like Rapid7.
- Excellent communicator capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
- Passionate about cloud innovation and continuous security improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of secure cloud services (primarily on Azure) within a self-service model.
- Act as the cloud security Subject Matter Expert (SME), embedding security principles across compute, storage, networking, RBAC, and containerized environments.
- Build scalable and compliant solutions using Security-as-Code, Terraform, and native cloud tools.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams and represent Group Information Security (GIS) to ensure security is integrated into every layer of the cloud ecosystem.
- Drive the DevSecOps mindset and ensure integration with Group-level security processes, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
