Must:
I am looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Java development and a proven track record in leadership roles. You should have a strong background in microservices, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms (AWS is a plus), as well as familiarity with CI/CD practices. It's important that you have designed solutions that are secure and scalable. An Agile mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving technical excellence are essential attributes I value.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will own the technical delivery of enterprise-scale applications. You will provide leadership across an Agile team, coaching engineers and enhancing the quality of our products. Additionally, you will shape the design and architecture of systems, balancing innovation with reliability, while also experimenting with and introducing cutting-edge technologies such as Blockchain and AI-driven solutions.
Description
This is a long-term contracting role based in Galway, where you will join a new squad dedicated to building secure, scalable, high-performance applications in the emerging field of digital ownership. The position offers an initial 12-month daily rate contract, with the possibility of extensions.
