Requirements

Must:
We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in implementing, configuring, or administering Salesforce. While experience in an educational or non-profit organization is beneficial, it is not essential. Key skills and competencies include: - Salesforce Administration: Ability to manage and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions. - Reporting and Dashboards: Knowledge of how to configure and maintain custom report types, reports, and dashboards. - Customization and Configuration: Ability to configure, build, and maintain custom Salesforce functionality including custom objects, fields, page layouts, process builders, flows, and workflows. - Data Cleaning: Proficiency in Excel for data cleansing and analysis (knowledge of Power Query is desirable). - Integration: Familiarity with Salesforce integrations such as Form Assembly or Zapier (desirable), and expertise in importing and exporting data into Salesforce using Dataloader, XL Connector, or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

In this integral role, as a Salesforce Administrator, I will ensure the effective maintenance and development of Salesforce to support program delivery, volunteer recruitment, and partnerships management. My responsibilities include: - Salesforce administration: Managing user roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, and flows. - Troubleshooting issues: Data cleansing and implementing secure system changes. - Evaluating and deploying Salesforce updates: Managing Mass Action Schedulers and documenting workflows, while advising on system development viability and working in sandbox environments to test and deploy changes effectively. - Acting as the first point of contact for user requests: Assigning and managing queries to ensure timely resolution and collaborating with teams across the organization to support online learning and enhance functionality improvements.
