Requirements
Must:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, PCF components, MS Graphs, and SharePoint.
- Background in delivering large transformational projects and working within agile frameworks.
- Strategic thinking and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and support activities simultaneously.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Power Platform Developer or Functional Consultant certification.
- Agile or project management certifications (e.g., Scrum, PRINCE2, APM) and ITIL Foundation are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Advise the business on the capabilities of Microsoft technologies and guide strategic application decisions.
- Collaborate with solution architects to design and build scalable systems.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Provide expert third-line support and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Engage with the wider Microsoft community to bring fresh ideas and innovations.
