Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer with strong technical capabilities and creative problem-solving skills. You should have experience in developing enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions and a solid understanding of data modeling, business intelligence, and database management. Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Power Fx, JavaScript, JSON, and SQL is essential. Experience with Azure services, REST APIs, and custom connector development will be advantageous, as will familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills are key, as you'll engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Please note that this role requires Security Check (SC) clearance and the ability to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities
As a vital member of our Technology Team, you will transform business needs into powerful, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions. Your core responsibilities will include designing and developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven), automating workflows with Power Automate, and managing data structures within Dataverse. You will integrate Power Platform solutions within the larger Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365, and develop custom connectors for external APIs. You will own the application design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring all solutions are optimized for performance, security, and user experience. Additionally, you will support end-users through documentation, troubleshooting, and training, all while ensuring that developments adhere to best practices and evolving platform standards.
