Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong investigation and analysis skills.
- Background in portfolio or programme management.
- Familiarity with project methodologies such as Lean Systems Thinking and PRINCE2.
- Ideally, BCS business analysis certification.
- Exposure to a regulatory environment, preferably in social housing.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Expertise in process mapping with a track record of challenging existing ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify business needs to enhance the customer experience for our residents.
- Introduce innovative approaches and solutions across the organization to break down barriers to progress.
- Scope out projects, assessing budgets, timescales, and complexities to ensure minimal service disruption.
- Collaborate with IT colleagues, data analysts, and key business stakeholders in project delivery.
- Gain buy-in for proposed changes from end users and other stakeholders.
- Drive continual improvement by addressing technology and business challenges effectively.
