Requirements
Must:
- A strong and proven track record in project management with experience in delivering complex solutions is essential.
- Experience in Market Risk or Capital Markets Transformation.
- Significant experience in scoping, developing, and prioritizing plans for strategic initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively produce reports, documentation, and communicate with senior management.
- Ability to seamlessly communicate complex technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
- Capability to drive change in business practices by working effectively across a global organization and understanding different perspectives.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem-solving capability.
Responsibilities
- As a key member of the Data Acquisition Group, I will work on multiple projects and workstreams, assessing and delivering data solutions.
- I will support changes affecting multiple stakeholder groups in response to new mandatory regulatory rulemaking and important supervisory requirements, as well as market discretionary change initiatives.
- I will oversee project planning to ensure the strategic initiatives are scoped, developed, and prioritized efficiently.
Description
This is a 12-month contract engagement, with a high possibility of extension beyond the initial term. The position requires in-office presence for at least three days per week in Belfast.
