Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience as a Technical Analyst or in a similar role within a complex organisational environment. You should have a strong understanding of systems architecture, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles. Excellent problem-solving skills are essential, as you will need to interpret technical data into actionable insights. Effective communication skills are required, enabling you to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. While relevant professional certifications are highly desirable, they are not essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive analyses of existing technical systems to identify areas for improvement and optimisation. You will develop detailed reports and documentation to effectively communicate your findings to stakeholders at all levels. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as you design, implement, and test new technological solutions that align with our organisational objectives. You will provide expert guidance on system architecture, integration, and security protocols. Additionally, you will lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations. Mentoring junior analysts and supporting staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and development will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices will allow you to recommend innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and security.
