Requirements
Must:
- FIX Protocol: Deep expertise in FIX
- Technical Skills: Strong ability to analyze FIX logs and use SQL/Unix
- Experience: Previous experience in an OMS/EMS environment
- Communication: Ability to manage technical relationships with external vendors
Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Manage end-to-end FIX connectivity for new participants
- Testing: Perform FIX certification and validation for multiple asset classes
- Support: Resolve complex production FIX session issues and message discrepancies
- Collaboration: Work with Front Office and technical teams to optimize trading workflows
