- I require candidates to have an Honours Degree (2:1 or above).
- Candidates should have around 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a mix of client-facing positions in operational, product-based, or digital roles.
- Familiarity with task management tools is essential.

Responsibilities
- You will play a pivotal role across commercial and product operations, taking ownership of diverse responsibilities including:
- Identifying new partnership opportunities and managing RFP processes.
- Participating in meetings and negotiations with existing and prospective partners.
- Leading commercial discussions and contracts with internal support.
- Acting as the main liaison between partner organisations and internal IT teams.
- Owning workflows and triaging issues across integrations and partner updates.
- Drafting and managing structured IT requirements and system improvements.
- Monitoring business performance and creating timely, accurate reports.
- Generating insights for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Maintaining and improving partner performance data.
- Supporting digital marketing campaigns and supplier relationships.
- Conducting market and customer research to identify new growth opportunities.
