Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a PhD Security Software Engineer or Cryptographer with strong low-level software skills. You should hold a minimum of a Master's degree with at least two years of commercial low-level programming experience, or possess a PhD in Mathematics, Computing, Cryptography, or a similar relevant discipline from a top-tier university. You should have working or research knowledge of Compilers, Cryptography, Blockchain, and/or Algorithms. Experience with zero-knowledge proofs is highly beneficial. Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Rust, Solidity, and C/C++ is essential. Additionally, an understanding of mathematical models, particularly for financial instruments, and awareness of code security is required. You should also be a regular user of programming language theory and have the ability to design with a broader vision in mind.
Responsibilities
As a Security Researcher/Cryptographer, you will be involved in reviewing complex and high-assurance smart contract code. You will apply your engineering skills to build custom tools that allow for rapid assessment, exploration, or securing of the code. Additionally, you will advise clients to help them make informed decisions about the risks to their financial systems, utilizing your expertise to tackle challenging security problems. You will also have opportunities for both personal and professional development to continually enhance your skills.
