Responsibilities
In this role, you will develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java, React, and TypeScript. You will build scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS. Taking ownership of features and components from design to deployment will be key, along with collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve technical and business challenges. We encourage you to contribute your ideas, participate in code reviews, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Description
We are a fast-growing, technology-led organization seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to join our collaborative engineering team in Warrington (Hybrid - 1 day per week onsite). This position offers a salary between £50,000 - £55,000, along with benefits. We are looking for someone who is not just searching for a coding job, but who desires to learn, take ownership, and make a real contribution to the wider business and its platforms. Desirable qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or a related technical subject, exposure to regulated sectors such as financial services, insurance, or energy, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling, and an interest in system design, architecture, or security.
