Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
- IT technical knowledge/experience in one or more of the following core disciplines: Cisco, Meraki, Avaya, MPLS, SD-WAN, SIP.
Responsibilities
In this part-time role (15 hours a week, working on Monday and Tuesday), you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert with Voice & Data knowledge on business projects aligned with our strategy.
- Understanding user requirements and exploring solution options.
- Designing solutions that comply right the first time.
- Providing second-line support to IT users in accordance with agreed SLAs.
- Investigating incidents and mobilizing resources to aid resolution.
- Supporting the Change Management process as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Engaging in incident root cause analysis and continuous process improvement.
