Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate who holds an active SC clearance and has a strong background in Microsoft Power BI Software Engineering. The ideal individual will have experience in designing and developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. You should be an expert in Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and have familiarity with Power Pivot and Power Automate. Additionally, we value extensive experience in developing, managing, and optimizing Excel-based solutions that support various business functions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and GDS (Government Digital Service) delivery approaches is also important. While not required, an understanding of secure coding practices and data protection principles would be a desirable asset. Industry certifications, such as the Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Professional Certificate (Microsoft PL-300), are preferred.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing effective Power BI dashboards and reports to meet our client’s needs. You will work collaboratively within agile teams, utilizing your skills to manage and optimize Excel-based solutions to enhance business processes. Your familiarity with GDS delivery approaches will help ensure that projects are executed effectively while adhering to security and data protection standards.
