Requirements
Must:
I am seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of PMO experience in agile environments. Strong knowledge of MGA, Lloyd's/London Market, or insurance carrier operations is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management, planning, and communication skills, as well as experience in budget forecasting, risk management, and project governance.
Responsibilities
In this role, I need you to implement and maintain PMO frameworks, processes, and reporting. You will track and manage portfolio plans, risks, budgets, and resource forecasts. Additionally, you will support governance, facilitate workshops, and lead UAT oversight. It's important to ensure alignment between business and technical requirements and coach teams on best practices to continuously improve delivery standards.
