Lead Data Engineer

As the Lead Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data architectures and pipelines. You will implement and manage data warehouses and data lakes, ensuring data security, durability, and accessibility. Additionally, you will develop data processing and analysis algorithms to handle complex, large-scale datasets. Collaborating with data scientists to support machine learning model deployment is also a key part of your role. You will lead and mentor a team of data engineers, setting coding standards and driving best practices while partnering with senior stakeholders to align data solutions with our business strategy. Furthermore, managing risk and ensuring compliance with governance and control frameworks, as well as contributing to strategic planning, resourcing, and continuous improvement initiatives, are essential aspects of the position.
