Must:
We seek a Senior IAM Business Analyst with extensive experience in IAM projects. You should have strong knowledge of IAM security standards and regulatory requirements. Hands-on experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) process design and implementation is crucial. Proficiency in identity lifecycle management, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and workflow automation is required. You must have a proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, along with experience in creating and documenting requirements, processes, and procedures. Familiarity with IAM tools and platforms, including Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint (IQ & NERM), CIAM, and CyberArk is advantageous. Additionally, you should be capable of delivering training and workshops to both business and technical teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills are essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will support Target Operating Model (TOM) discussions at the operational level, defining IAM processes that align with our organizational objectives. You will design, document, and standardize IAM processes, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities using RACI frameworks. Identifying resource requirements to support IAM processes and activities effectively is part of your duties. You will gather, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements for IAM initiatives, as well as design and manage identity lifecycle processes, including SSO, MFA, and workflow configurations. It is also your responsibility to provide training and knowledge transfer to teams and stakeholders on IAM processes and to produce comprehensive process documentation, blueprints, and operational guides. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of IAM solutions and recommending improvements while supporting the adoption of IAM best practices will be key tasks for you.

Adaptability and resilience are key traits, as you will thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in process design and review to avoid any critical gaps. This is a contract role for 6 months with a day rate of £510 (Inside IR35), based in Reading with a hybrid work model (4 days in the office).
