Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in implementing D365 HR modules and a strong track record with AX 2012 and D365 Finance. You should have completed 3-4 full lifecycle implementations and possess a solid understanding of HR data entities and data migration strategies. Confidence in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation is essential, along with skills in functional design, documentation, and DevOps tracking. Microsoft Dynamics certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead and deliver D365 HR module implementations, ensuring that they align with business needs. You will analyze and translate business processes into functional designs and documentation while configuring, testing, and demonstrating D365 HR functionality. Managing data migration and system integration testing for HR modules will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as will supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and go-live activities. You will also lead and mentor consultants, taking ownership of key deliverables and client engagement, conduct workshops, facilitate decisions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Description
This is a hybrid role with a start date of ASAP, and you must be accessible to Lincolnshire on an ad hoc basis. The position is for a duration of 6 months and is inside IR35 with a pay rate of up to £715 per day.
