We are building the next frontier of AI platforms with an advanced, AI-native system that redefines how businesses interact with software. Our platform dynamically builds, heals, and orchestrates itself, creating a new kind of productivity layer where AI employees, applications, and automations operate seamlessly from a single interface. Founded by an experienced team now entering the early enterprise POC phase, we are pre-revenue but have a clear path to scale and a long-term vision to transform how people, data, and machines collaborate. As the CTO, you will lead governance, infrastructure, and platform scalability, ensuring that our platform is credible to large clients, scalable across geographies, and robust in its security, compliance, and system design. Your success will be measured by the establishment of a secure, compliant, and scalable platform across multiple enterprise environments, the robustness of DevOps, testing, and documentation workflows, and maintaining strong technical confidence among investors, clients, and internal stakeholders. In terms of compensation, we offer a base salary of approximately £150,000+, pro-rated during the fractional phase, along with founder-level LTIP (equity options), a full benefits package, and the opportunity to shape a category-defining company from the inside.
