Requirements
Must:
We require excellent experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in a multi-region cloud environment using Terraform, Ansible, or OpenTofu. Strong experience with Linux-based operating systems is essential, along with proficiency in at least one coding language such as Go, Python, or TypeScript. You should possess solid experience with data storage systems including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Redis, as well as experience running a data-warehousing solution and a customer data platform. Additionally, hands-on knowledge of core internet technologies (TCP, HTTP, DNS, etc.) is necessary. Experience managing a small team and familiarity with AWS is desirable.

As a Lead Platform Engineer, you will enhance our deployment practices, strengthen our infrastructure capabilities, and improve operational resilience. You will also take on line-management responsibilities, contributing to the leadership and growth of your team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our organizations digital infrastructure remains robust, scalable, and resilient.
