IT-Projektmanager

- Act as Bid Manager for customer bids and assist in creating comprehensive quotation documents and costed project models. - Prepare and present quotation and bid documents along with costed project models to senior management for review and approval. - Provide an initial schedule with bid resource estimates to functional heads to enable creation of low-level schedules. - Project manage allocated projects, ensuring adherence to time and budget expectations. - Create a detailed Project Plan, including task breakdown, schedule, and budget. - Collaborate with all business lines to ensure data accuracy in the Project Plan and facilitate smooth transitions from Sales to Projects. - Request internal and external resources as necessary for project tasks. - Measure progress against the Project Plan, Schedule, and Budget, updating as required. - Obtain formal approval for any negative variances in project revenue, profit, or schedule. - Identify project delays and develop recovery strategies to keep events on track. - Keep stakeholders informed of any changes to project timelines and agree on remedial actions. - Assist the Financial Controller in managing financial instruments and ensure timely invoicing against project milestones.
