Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a consultancy or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis (Excel, SQL is a plus).
- Experience working within Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- BCS certification or similar business analysis qualification is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes and pain points.
- Analyze and map current state business processes; design and document future state improvements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and validate proposed solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage change requests and ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Act as a liaison between client teams and internal development/project teams to ensure alignment.
