Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience as a Performance Analyst or Web Analyst in a government or public sector setting. You should have a strong understanding of government service manuals and service assessments. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio is essential, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience. We seek someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence decisions while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams is also desired.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will develop and maintain a performance measurement framework to assess service effectiveness. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting key performance data to stakeholders and senior decision-makers. Configuring and monitoring Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to track user activity will be a critical part of your responsibilities. You will identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic optimizations, create dashboards and visual reports to track performance trends, and lead performance analysis during Beta and Live service assessments. Additionally, you will stay up to date with best practices and government digital service standards.
