Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in the retail sector, either for a software company or as a retailer.
- Previous roles such as technical analyst, product manager, project manager, pre-sales consultant, and/or implementation specialist.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Experience delivering customer presentations and/or end-user training sessions.
- Strong customer-facing skills with an energetic, can-do attitude.
- High comfort level with technology and data handling.
- Exceptional ability to understand, retain, and simplify complex details.
- Self-motivated with the capability to manage my own workload and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-first approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Willingness to work remotely from home.
Responsibilities
As the Product and Implementation Analyst, I will:
- Serve as the product expert, understanding the ESG and business drivers of European retailers, gathering their requirements, and helping to scope the development roadmap of the Segura platform.
- Document the system requirements based on the needs of qualified prospects.
- Regularly present the product roadmap to retailers and demonstrate the product.
- Understand the customers' wider objectives and timelines, collaborating with the sales lead to present the solution to key stakeholders for sign-off.
- Manage all aspects of the customer implementation project, including configuration, stakeholder management, training, and delivery.
- Develop and deliver customer and user training workshops.
- Assist customers and users in resolving issues and queries as part of the business-as-usual support process (this will comprise no more than 20% of my time).
Description
Segura is a fast-growing SaaS platform focused on enabling retailers to create ethical and sustainable supply chains through traceability and data. In this position, I will report to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and engage in all facets of client projects, becoming a product expert with an in-depth understanding of the Segura platform.
