Must:
We are looking for an Implementation Analyst with proven experience in creating and managing a schedule of events/runbook in a large-scale migration project or program. While experience within the insurance industry is advantageous, it is not essential. The ideal candidate will have: - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. - Proven experience communicating effectively at various levels. - A natural curiosity and willingness to provide constructive challenges when necessary. - A good working knowledge of Business Analyst practices or transferable skills that can be applied. - Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Visio and Draw.io is a plus). - Relevant Project or Business Analyst qualifications. - Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements. - Proven experience in process modeling.

Responsibilities

As our Implementation Analyst, you will be accountable for creating runbooks as part of the Go Live Go/No Go processes. Other responsibilities include: - Defining key decision points throughout a cutover event. - Capturing, interpreting, and translating business requirements from change owners and subject matter experts and turning them into acceptance criteria for user stories. - Analyzing business data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. - Facilitating effective workshops and meetings by asking the right questions to draw out requirements and solutions. - Business process engineering with a focus on efficiency and lean disciplines for approved changes. - Reporting and tracking progress across assigned projects, identifying and escalating any blockers hindering progress. - Evaluating multiple options before helping the project team settle on a solution and recommending ways to tackle tasks where applicable. - Identifying system and operational process gaps, proactively raising these to the relevant department, and supporting the creation of their change requests. - Maintaining knowledge of project and change lifecycles. - Ensuring swift progress across multiple concurrent projects through organization and time management skills, while adapting quickly to changing priorities and workloads. - Demonstrating a logical approach to problem-solving. - Supporting Project Managers and Scrum Teams within Change when additional analysis is required. - Effectively managing stakeholder expectations around scope and delivery. - Liaising with other departments and representing the Change Management Team. - Ensuring actions, risks, issues, and decisions are logged against appropriate change items in line with best practice requirements of Change Management.
