Must:
We are seeking candidates with solid commercial experience in developing solutions using Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate. A strong understanding of business process automation and workflow design is essential. Familiarity or practical experience with AI features, such as Copilot, GPT APIs, or AI Builder, is required. Additionally, candidates should possess the ability to work with APIs and configure connectors for data integrations. Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are a must.
Desirable qualifications include experience with Power BI, particularly in dashboard creation and DAX, as well as exposure to RPA tools like Power Automate Desktop or UiPath. An understanding of Microsoft Azure services, including Synapse, Logic Apps, and Data Factory, is also preferred. We are particularly interested in candidates who have an interest in chatbot development, prompt engineering, or intelligent workflow design.
Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will develop and maintain applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Your primary responsibility will be to translate business needs into scalable low-code solutions that streamline workflows and improve user experience. You will integrate AI functionality, such as Copilot, AI Builder, or GPT-based tools, into existing processes where beneficial. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that have measurable impacts. You will also build connectors and manage integrations with APIs, external data sources, and internal systems. Additionally, you will support the creation of documentation, governance processes, and knowledge-sharing across low-code assets. Lastly, you will assist with light RPA and scripting using tools like Power Automate Desktop, PowerShell, or Python.
