Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
- A strong background in C#/.NET server-side development.
- Solid front-end skills including HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
- A good understanding of non-functional requirements (NFRs), automated testing, and accessibility considerations.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 integration, specifically with SharePoint, Forms, and Teams.
- Familiarity with DevOps delivery and tooling, such as Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
- Eligibility for SC Clearance.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as PL-200, PL-400, MB210/230.
- Bonus points for experience delivering at an enterprise scale or working within frameworks like Success by Design, additional Microsoft certifications (PL-900, PL-600), Power BI configuration and deployment experience, and a background in Teams App development and/or UI/UX design with accessibility in mind.

Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to:
- Act as the technical lead across multiple projects, setting development standards and ensuring delivery quality.
- Design and build scalable solutions using Power Platform (Canvas/Model-driven/Pages), Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 CE.
- Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements and provide technical leadership.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, ALM best practices, and DevOps processes utilizing Azure DevOps.
- Lead and mentor technical teams while promoting best-in-class development workflows.
- Stay up to date with product updates, particularly around AI integration and CoPilot tooling.
