Requirements
Must:
- Experience in software development, either in low-code or traditional development environments.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and the software delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- I will lead and mentor a small team of two developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- I will oversee the full software delivery lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and support.
- I will deliver enterprise-grade applications using low-code or traditional development techniques.
- I will collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and value delivery.
- I will drive agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and promote continuous improvement.
- I will manage integration with complex external systems, including legacy platforms and third-party solutions.
- I will support vendor relationships and ensure adequate team capacity for project delivery.
- I will identify and implement opportunities for process and application improvements.
Description
We are excited to offer a hybrid working model where you will spend 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. You will enjoy 25 days of holiday in addition to public holidays, along with the opportunity to participate in 2 external professional training courses per year, chosen by you and taken during work hours.
