VoIP Telephony Engineer

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced VoIP Telephony Engineer to join our growing telecoms provider at our Brentwood office. We are a trusted provider of telecoms and IT services, supporting businesses with everything from cloud telephony to structured cabling. With our strong reputation for service and technical expertise, we are continuing to grow and are looking for a talented individual who can help us deliver at the highest standard. In this role, you will manage and complete the deployment of new 8x8 and 3CX systems, as well as upgrades for our clients. You will be hands-on with configuration and support while also assisting the helpdesk when needed. From project delivery to troubleshooting, you will ensure our customers receive an excellent experience from start to finish.
