- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Accredited Professional: Public Sector Solutions
- 3+ years of Salesforce Industry development experience preferred
- Public Sector Solutions experience preferred & Omnistudio required
- Experience in Salesforce Industries Cloud development/configuration
- Knowledge of Data Mappers (formerly Data Raptors)
- Understanding of Omni Processes (formerly Integration Procedures)
- Proficiency in OmniScripts
- Skills in Apex (triggers, batch, web services)
- Integration Experience is beneficial (Mulesoft / APIGEE / Connected Apps)
- Familiarity with JavaScript/Lightning components
- Basic understanding of Apex sharing and security model
- Experience with Lightning Web Components
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines
- Excellent communication, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
- Automated testing experience (e.g. Provar, Selenium) is desirable
- Ability to understand large/complex systems and implement enhancements
- Team player with experience in an Agile environment
- Willingness to obtain Security Clearance if not already held

- Develop and deploy Salesforce Industry cloud solutions, focusing on Public Sector Solutions
- Ensure adherence to established quality plans in project execution
- Implement Salesforce Flows to high standards
- Utilize Public Sector Solutions features, including OmniScript and FlexCards
- Create and implement custom Apex classes and LWC components
- Utilize tools to enhance productivity and maximize performance
- Convey and implement knowledge gained from previous projects
- Align solutions with market trends and best practices
- Ensure sustainability of solutions over time
- Support delivery of balanced solutions considering demand and viability
- Build, test, and document structural elements of solutions
- Solve complex problems in area of expertise
- Act as an expert point of contact for client interactions
- Define work standards or methodologies tailored to each solution
- Manage Git version control for CI/CD deployment pipeline
- Use Jira / Confluence for workflow and online documentation management
