Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience in an agile ITIL environment supporting systems operations in an enterprise setting
- Expert Microsoft product certifications
- Practitioner-level knowledge of programming and supporting hardware, software, and Cloud systems
- Experience within Azure/AWS cloud deliverables
- Administrative knowledge working in a cloud environment
- Experience with various monitoring applications and reporting tools
- Core skills in general infrastructure and networking principles
- Experience with Backup solutions such as VEEAM
- Experience in AD/WINTEL (DNS, Group Policy, PKI certificate authentication)
- Strong analytical mindset focused on problem and incident management
- Capability to draft and interpret professional and technical documents
- Understanding of change and release management
- Experience in ITIL4 environments is desirable
Responsibilities
- Implement innovative fixes in the infrastructure solutions
- Respond to incidents and rectify technical problems
- Identify performance optimization opportunities and minimize security risks
- Manage relationships with customers, external teams, and suppliers
- Collaborate with colleagues to explore innovative approaches for database configuration
- Translate architects drawings, diagrams, and data flows
- Ensure less experienced colleagues learn through guidance
- Create, assess, and update technical and functional documentation
- Maintain personal professional development and introduce new technologies
