Must:
We are seeking a partnership leader with proven expertise in developing and managing partnerships in fintech, payments, or related sectors. You should possess strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experience driving partnerships from strategy through to execution and governance is essential, ensuring long-term success for both clients and the business. A strong background in data science or quantitative trading, ideally within a crypto exchange, is highly desirable. You should also have expertise in applying quantitative and machine learning models to trading applications, along with experience in leading teams and managing stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of key network partnerships, including payout networks, crypto exchanges, and financial institutions. You will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating partnerships, overseeing integration, and managing performance. Your efforts will ensure that partnerships unlock new opportunities, enhance resilience, and deliver exceptional client experiences. Additionally, you will lead all data science efforts across our organization, design and optimize risk assessment and trading products, and apply crypto-specific quantitative analysis and machine learning models to enhance trading performance. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across product, finance, and engineering functions.
