Requirements

- Proven experience and knowledge of product ownership and product management in an IT environment.
- Track record of developing effective relationships with key stakeholders and collaborating with colleagues across multi-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills across various levels and stakeholders, capable of translating technical problems into understandable language.
- Demonstrable experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data and technical information to enhance processes and explain to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and ensuring timely completion of actions.
- Experience and knowledge of IT Service Management, including incident, problem, and change management, as well as managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities
- Maintain stable, secure, and high-performing networks through collaboration with engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Resolve complex network issues quickly and prevent outages before they occur, ensuring seamless connectivity across infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot WAN/LAN performance, analyze network telemetry, manage configuration changes, and drive service improvements.
- Shape the future of network products, support new technologies like SD-WAN and cloud integrations, and address security vulnerabilities and performance challenges.
